Jennifer Warren

Jennifer Warren is currently the Executive Director at Ladies Who Launch. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Harvest from January 2019 to December 2021. Jennifer has also been the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Success Academy Charter Schools from January 2018 to December 2019, and the Associate Director, Grads of Life, at Year Up from January 2013 to December 2016.

Jennifer began their career in 2007 as a Program Manager for the Out of School Time Program at the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development. Jennifer then became a Senior Development Associate at Children's Aid in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Contract Management, Community Schools in 2006. In 2004, they began working as a Development Associate at Homes for the Homeless, Inc. and held this position until 2006 when they joined Children's Aid Society as the Director of Contract Management, Community Schools.

From 2010-2011, Jennifer took on the role of Consultant for National Center for Community Schools and then returned to Children's Aid as the Director of Corporate Partnerships from 2016-2018.

Jennifer Warren has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Connecticut College and certification from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in Managing the Capital Campaign.

They are on a team with Allison Zerkle - Program Manager, Tish Lara - Creative & Communications Manager. Jennifer Warren reports to Sarah Friar, Co-Founder.
