Maria Antonia Parra

Maria Antonia Parra is a co-founder and consultant at LADO B since February 2025 and has held the position of docente at Universidad EAFIT since July 2018, teaching courses in service management and customer experience. Previously, from September 2018 to February 2025, Maria served as CXO and Director of Customer and Employee Experience at Tuya S.A, where responsibilities included creating and leading the experience area impacting over 3,000 individuals. Prior roles include Head of Customer Experience Management at SURA Colombia, where key achievements encompassed developing service culture strategies and leading service recognition programs. Maria began their career with positions such as Coordinator of Negotiations at Glüky Group and Coordinator of National and International Sales at Pijamas Good Night. Maria holds a Master's in Financial Administration from Universidad EAFIT and an Executive Master's in Analytics from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA, alongside a specialization in Finance and a degree in International Negotiation.
