Vanessa González Alonso

Vanessa González Alonso began their career at Grupo Unísono in 2012 as an Operador Telefónico, providing customer service and managing back office tasks. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Coordinador, where they were responsible for testing new applications for the client and reporting any issues. In 2022, they joined Ladorian as a Junior QA Tester.

Vanessa González Alonso is currently enrolled in a Master Executive in Corporate Cybersecurity Auditing (Acc) program at Intecssa. Instituto Inertia de Sistemas y Software Avanzado. From 2010 to 2011, they completed a Higher Degree Course in Commercial and Marketing Management at I.E.S. Islas Filipinas. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from I.E.S. Salvador Dalí in 2008-2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Software QA Testing (Basic) from Academia QA, Database Fundamentals from Instrucción Ágil, Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco Networking Academy, Mobile App Development and Introduction to Web Development from Google Actívate, Agile Leadership from Scrum Manager, Cybersecurity in Telework from Google Actívate, Digital Marketing Fundamentals from Google Actívate, Digital Business Transformation from Vodafone, and Trainer of Trainers from Grupo Unísono.
