Diana Bulnes

Diana Bulnes is an experienced management analyst currently working at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since February 2023. Prior to this role, Diana held several positions within the City of Los Angeles, including principal public relations representative at the Department of Public Works and public relations specialist at the Department of Recreation and Parks. Earlier experience includes various roles at Rogers & Cowan, where Diana progressed from assistant account executive to account supervisor, as well as a digital entertainment and technology internship at Edelman. Diana began their career in public relations and community affairs with internships at companies such as KTLA and Rogers & Cowan in London. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
