Ehsan Mahmoody

Ehsan Mahmoody, P.E. is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Electrical Engineering Associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since October 2018, focusing on power system protection and control, NERC PRC regulatory compliance, and RAS commissioning. Prior to this role, Ehsan worked as an Electrical Design Engineer III at BERG power engineers, specializing in the design of power substations. Previous positions include Electrical Design Engineer at Power-Tech Engineers, Inc., where Ehsan conducted studies and designs for major clients, and Design Engineer at SolarCity, focusing on residential solar system design.
