Frank Molina

Frank Molina is an experienced utility administrator with a strong background in management analysis and human resources. Currently serving as Utility Administrator III at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since March 2018, Frank has previously held various positions within the City of Los Angeles, including Management Analyst and Personnel Analyst. Significant contributions to human resources were made as a liaison to the Department of Transportation. Previous experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where Frank prepared reports and conducted data analysis related to personnel activities. Frank also gained valuable experience as an intern in Senator Holly Mitchell's district office, focusing on clerical work and constituent services.
