Hector Gonzalez

Hector Gonzalez, P.E. is an experienced Project Manager and Resident Engineer currently employed at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since June 2018, overseeing gas transmission projects through all phases, including design, permitting, and construction, while managing interdisciplinary teams.
