Johan Torroledo

Johan Torroledo, P.E., M.S., CSM, has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Operation NEXT at LADWP since January 2011, where efforts focus on initiatives that advance water management in Los Angeles. Previously, Johan held roles at LADWP as Manager of the Project Management Office and Project Manager, with project management responsibilities dating back to 2014 and prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager. As a self-employed structural engineer from 2003 to 2011, Johan provided consulting services in Los Angeles and forensic engineering support in Buenos Aires. Earlier positions include roles as Civil Engineer at LADWP and Field Engineer/cost Engineer at Kiewit Pacific Co. Johan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, alongside studies in Wine Education and Management from UCLA.
