Latrice J. Williams

Latrice J. Williams, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the utility industry, with over 20 years dedicated to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). Currently serving as Utility Services Manager III overseeing Key Accounts, Latrice manages daily activities and strategic goals, addressing complex rate and billing issues for large commercial customers. Previous roles at LADWP include Revenue & Credit Management and Customer Relations Manager. Additionally, Latrice has contributed to industry education as Chairperson of the International Utility Group, fostering a collaborative environment for utility credit professionals. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.
