Paul Habib

Paul Habib currently serves as the Director of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Paul was the Executive Assistant General Manager for External Business at the same department. From December 2006 to May 2020, Paul acted as the Chief of Staff for the Los Angeles City Council. Paul began their career in the California State Assembly as a Field Representative from March 2003 to November 2006. Paul is an alumnus of UCLA.
