Samantha Yu

Samantha Yu is an experienced professional with a robust background in water management and policy development. Currently serving as the Loans and Grants Manager at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since July 2008, Samantha Yu has progressively advanced through various roles, including Assistant Loans and Grants Manager and Grants Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Legislative Deputy for the City of Los Angeles Council District 14 and Director of Policy and Research at the Commission for Children, Youth, and Their Families. Samantha Yu holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and a Master of Public Policy from USC School of Policy, Planning, and Development.
