Scott Simons is the current Director of Marketing & Communications at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, previously held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at Gathered Foods and Sr. Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Good Catch. With a background in marketing and branding, Scott has extensive experience in CPG, health/wellness, and food industries. Prior to this, Scott held various marketing roles at Whole Foods Market and has experience in owning and operating a fine dining restaurant. Scott's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Radio-TV-Film from Texas Christian University.
