Rica Ransom

Rica Ransom has accumulated extensive experience in early childhood education and customer service, currently serving as a Lead Teacher at Ladybird Academy since December 2018, focusing on teaching 3- and 4-year-olds. Prior to this role, Rica held positions as a Lead Preschool Teacher at KidsPark, Inc. and as a National Account Representative at Vertex Transport, LLC. Additional experience includes customer service roles at NAVY Exchange Service Command, Save-A-Lot, and The Exchange, where responsibilities encompassed cashier duties, merchandising, and inventory management. Rica obtained an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Florida State College at Jacksonville and has a background in education from Allan Hancock College and Pioneer Valley High School.
