Dorthe Pihl

Dorthe Pihl has over 15 years of experience in the field of communication. Dorthe started their career as a Communications Officer at Domstolsstyrelsen in 2004. In 2005, they joined Dansk Erhverv/The Danish Chamber of Commerce, where they held various roles including Communication Consultant and Project Manager. At Dansk Erhverv, Dorthe was responsible for the entire process of brainstorming, execution, and evaluation of projects. Dorthe was also involved in content creation, publication editing, and graphic design coordination in line with the organization's design guidelines. Additionally, they provided writing and marketing strategy guidance to colleagues and developed communication plans for campaigns, courses, and conferences. In 2015, Dorthe joined "Lær for Livet" as the Head of Communication.

Dorthe Pihl completed their Sproglig Studentereksamen (Language-based Student Examination) from Vordingborg gymnasium in 1992-1995. Dorthe then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Roskilde University during 1998-2001. Following this, Dorthe obtained a Master's degree in European Social Policy from the University of Maynooth, Ireland, from 2001-2002. Dorthe continued their education at Roskilde University, specializing in Communication, where they completed their Master's degree from 2003-2005.
