Craig Foley

Craig Foley has extensive experience in the real estate industry, focusing on sustainability and innovation. Currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee for Competency Based Sustainability Expertise at the National Association of REALTORS®, Craig addresses emerging challenges within the sector. As a co-founder of REthink39 Group and Chief Sustainability Officer at LAER Realty Partners, Craig champions sustainable practices in real estate transactions. Earlier roles include Advocacy Coordinator for the Residential Green Building Committee at USGBC Massachusetts Chapter, where Craig promoted green building initiatives, and various leadership positions in energy solutions across multiple real estate firms. Craig holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Maine.
