Tom Courtney

Tom Courtney is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property management and development. Currently a Broker Associate at LAER Realty Partners since 2014, Tom also serves as the Managing Partner at Nab Lake Development, a company focused on rehabbing distressed properties and engaging in residential and commercial development. Tom's past roles include Broker at ReMax Prestige and Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty, where significant increases in agent count and sales volume were achieved. Recognition includes being named the 2012 Realtor of the Year and serving as President of the Northeast Association of Realtors in 2011, representing over 1,200 REALTORS. Tom holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
