Wendy Maguire

Wendy Maguire is a licensed realtor with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving at LAER Realty Partners since October 2018 and previously holding positions as a consultant and owner at Linden Associates since May 2013. Wendy's real estate experience also includes roles at ibremis realty, inc. and Keller Williams Realty, Inc. between 2015 and 2020. With a strong focus on the Merrimack Valley, North Shore, and Northeastern MA, Wendy offers a comprehensive approach to buying and selling real estate, managing everything from marketing and negotiations to financing and closing. Prior to entering real estate, Wendy served as Senior Director of Major Account Sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts from 1985 to February 2013. Wendy is an alumni of Merrimack College.
