Trond Riiber Knudsen has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles, particularly within McKinsey & Company, where Trond serves as Faculty for Leadership Development, Director/Senior Partner, and Principal/Partner. Trond is also an Advisor to the Laerdal Million Lives Fund and holds multiple board memberships, including positions as a Member of the Board and Investor at Opera and The North Alliance, as well as being a Member of the Board and Technology Advisory Board at Laerdal Medical. Trond's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy from Harvard Business School and a degree in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
