Brenda Effiom Apata

Brenda Effiom Apata serves as the Country Brand, CSR & Event Manager at Lafarge Africa Plc since October 2019, focusing on initiatives that create meaningful stakeholder impact and enhance brand positioning. Previously, as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and Community Relations Manager, Brenda led CSR project implementations, managed strategic partnerships, and coordinated community engagement efforts. Brenda is also the founder of BrenCare Foundation and has experience as Advocacy Associate with the International Youth Alliance for Family Planning and Programs Manager for UNICEF projects at Society For Youth Development And Rescue Initiative. Brenda began a career in journalism as a News Producer, Presenter, and Reporter at Cross River Broadcasting Corporation. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Cross River University of Technology and further education at the University of Cambridge.
