Lamia Joundy serves as the Directrice Performance Commerciale et Administration des ventes at LafargeHolcim Maroc since June 2018, where responsibilities include implementing market study systems, enhancing competitive analysis, and driving customer-centric marketing strategies. Lamia also held the position of Head of Digital Department, leading digital transformation initiatives and fostering a digital culture within the organization. Previously, from 2015 to 2018, Lamia was Chargée de missions auprès du CEO, managing strategic projects and governance models, and coordinating the merger between Lafarge and Holcim. With experience in strategic consulting at Capgemini Invent and roles focused on risk management at Crédit Agricole CIB and AXA, Lamia possesses a comprehensive background in strategic transformation and customer experience. Educational qualifications include a specialization in digital transformation from Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education, a Master’s degree in Management of New Technologies from HEC Paris, and an engineering degree from INSA Lyon.
