Sallam Rahal

Sallam Rahal is an experienced control room operator at LafargeHolcim Maroc since April 2015, overseeing major cement manufacturing processes, including equipment commissioning and emergency management, while ensuring safety and compliance with operational standards. Previously, Sallam served as a mechanical team leader, managing systematic and preventive maintenance in production workshops, and as a hydraulics maintenance technician at Maghreb Steel, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining hydraulic equipment. Sallam's career in maintenance and hydraulics began with positions at Eimtrade SA and Safran Nacelles, and foundational training in the Moroccan Armed Forces as a hydraulics mechanic. Sallam holds a master's degree in maintenance and industrial risk from HESTIM and a diploma in hydraulic maintenance from the Ecole Royale des Materiaux.
