Younes Chetabi

Younes Chetabi is the current Industrial Director at LafargeHolcim Maroc. Prior to this role, they served as Cement Plant Manager for both the Settat and Fes plants. Younes has also held the positions of Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Mechanical Manager, and Maintenance Planning Manager.

Younes Chetabi began their career with LafargeHolcim Maroc in 1999 as Maintenance Planning Manager. In 2002, they were promoted to Mechanical Manager and then to Maintenance Manager in 2005. In 2007, they were once again promoted, this time to Production Manager. Younes held this position until 2011 when they were promoted to Cement Grinding & Packing plant Manager. Younes served in this role until 2012 when they were promoted to Cement Plant Manager for the Settat plant. In 2016, they were promoted to Cement Plant Manager for the Fes plant. Younes held this position until 2018 when they were promoted to their current role as Industrial Director.

Younes Chetabi received a mechanical engineering degree from École nationale supérieure d'électricité et mécanique in Casablanca. Younes then went on to study maths sup-spé at preparatory classes for Top Engineering schools. Younes subsequently achieved a baccalaureate of science (mathematics) from Collège Royal préparatoire aux techniques aéronautiques (forces royales de l’air Marrakech). finally, they attended 1° Lycée Militaire Royal.
