Glenn Gilliam

Glenn Gilliam is currently the Lead Construction Manager at Anser Advisory, specializing in electric utility management and consulting since February 2020. Prior to this role, Glenn spent over 13 years at Willow Creek Community Church, where responsibilities included leading community groups and planning events. Glenn's extensive experience in the electrical field includes positions at ComEd, where roles ranged from Transmission & Substation Manager to First Line Supervisor, and earlier work as an electrician at Jms Electric LLC and the NYC Department of Education. Glenn holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Instrumentation & Controls Electrical Construction from the State University of New York at Delhi and has participated in a Positive Leadership Webinar at the University of Michigan.
