Molika Desprez

Molika Desprez is an experienced merchandising professional currently serving as the RESPONSABLE MERCHANDISING at Lafayette Conseil since February 2018, where responsibilities include defining merchandising strategies, developing pharmacy plans, and analyzing linear profitability. With a background that includes a long tenure at Monoprix since January 2010, Molika has held various roles, including CHEF DE PROJET MERCHANDISING MAQUILLAGE, where product development and launch coordination were key tasks, and has also worked as a MERCHANDISER PARAPHARMACIE and ACHETEUR PETFOOD BABYFOOD DIETETIQUE. Additionally, Molika gained early experience as a CONSEILLERE PARFUM at Sephora in 2009.
