Elaine Westrick, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Lafayette Federal Credit Union since July 2022, Elaine has previously held various roles within CTIS, Inc. from March 1999 to July 2022, including Human Resources Analyst, Personnel Specialist, and Senior Human Resources Specialist. Elaine began their career as a Receptionist at Baker Botts LLP from May 1983 to May 1988. Elaine is an alumnus of Marymount University.
