Norbert Fichtel has extensive experience in the financial services and real estate industries, having held various positions including Home Equity Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Officer at Lafayette Federal Credit Union since October 2020. Norbert has a foundational background in long-term care insurance from Genworth and experience in banking and loans management at Maryland National Bank. Educationally, Norbert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by numerous professional training programs and certifications in mortgage and financial services.
