Kristen Metzger

Kristen Metzger currently serves as Strategic Communications Manager at Lafayette Group, providing strategic communications support to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s Emergency Communications Division since May 2022. Previously, Kristen held the position of Deputy Director at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute from December 2012 to July 2018, including Project Manager and Communications Specialist. Kristen also worked as a Legislative Assistant at Capitol Associates Inc. and as an Investigator at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Earlier career roles include Claims Adjuster at Plymouth Rock Assurance and Customer Service Representative at NeuroMetrix, Inc. Kristen Metzger holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Stonehill College.
