Rodney Robinson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Lafayette Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rodney spent over two decades at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, specializing in engineering solutions. Rodney has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of a Kappatal Cuts Barber Shop from April 1992 to March 2003. Earlier career roles include engineering positions at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed system design for naval ships, and Newport News Shipbuilding, focused on communications and electrical systems for naval vessels. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
