Shannon Ayotte has extensive experience in administrative and support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Secretary Specialist in the Commissioner's Office at the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation & Forestry since April 2008, responsibilities include aiding the Legislative Liaison, overseeing records retention, and managing procurement and travel arrangements. Previous roles encompass positions as Office Specialist I and Planning & Research Assistant, focusing on grant administration for trail development. Shannon also contributes to the Windsor Fair as Gatestaff Supervisor and Facebook Administrator, overseeing staff and executing social media marketing. Additional experience includes administrative support at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and hospitality services at Lafayette Hotels, where Shannon held positions as Spa Attendant and Shift Leader. Education includes a Law Enforcement Pre-Service course from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and training in Graphic Arts from Capital Area Technical Center.

In Maine we have waterfront properties in Ogunquit, Wells, Old Orchard Beach, Boothbay Harbor, Belfast, and Bar Harbor, Maine. In addition, we have properties located in some of Maine’s largest cities including: Portland, South Portland, Bangor, Augusta and Waterville. The three New Hampshire hotels include a resort at Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of the Lakes Region. Another hotel is on the Vermont border just minutes to Dartmouth College. Our last hotel in New Hampshire is located in the historic village of Jackson, just minutes from four major ski areas, less than one mile from Story Land, and near North Conway.
