- Vice President, Retirement Services at Lafayette Life Insurance Company from December 2021 to present. Warner leads a team providing qualified retirement plan solutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs, focusing on new plan creation and administration.

- Assistant Vice President, Retirement Services Sales at Lafayette Life Insurance Company from June 2020 to December 2021. Warner led a team in designing and implementing retirement plans for small businesses based on their goals.

- Assistant Vice President, Senior Institutional Manager at Western & Southern Financial Group from 2018 to January 2021. Warner provided insurance and annuity solutions for the institutional market, managed the pension risk transfer business, and developed institutional-facing products.
