Greg Zambrella

Greg Zambrella has extensive experience in real estate finance, currently serving in Originations & Underwriting at Lafayette RE LLC, a private equity fund specializing in short-term bridge financing for investment properties since January 2018. Previously, from 2015 to 2017, Zambrella worked at Guggenheim Partners in Originations for Affordable Housing, where responsibilities included the sizing, structuring, quoting, and execution of over $1 billion in real estate transactions for both affordable housing and market-rate multifamily projects. Prior to that, Zambrella held a position in Asset Management & Acquisitions at The Richman Group from 2012 to 2015, focusing on tax credit portfolio management and syndications for a 140-asset portfolio encompassing over 8,000 units in the Northeast, amounting to $700 million in investor equity. Greg Zambrella holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Scranton and graduated from Bergen Catholic High School.
