Melissa Weber has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as the Business Office Manager at Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital since June 2022, Melissa previously held multiple roles at VieMed Healthcare, including Collections Manager, Billing Manager, and Intake Manager from August 2018 to June 2022. Prior experience includes supervising oncology office staff and revenue cycle operations at Our Lady of Lourdes RMC from August 2015 to August 2018, as well as a longstanding tenure at Louisiana Oncology Associates as Patient Account Supervisor from October 1994 to August 2015. Melissa began career in healthcare as a Unit Secretary at Our Lady of Lourdes RMC from August 1988 to September 1994.
