Charlie White is an experienced technology and strategy professional with a diverse background in software development, strategic consulting, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at LaFleur Marketing since October 2021, Charlie has also co-founded Adaptive Momentum, focusing on enhancing team capabilities within organizations. Previous roles include Senior Strategist at Lanio, Founder and CEO of The Basil Group LLC, and Manager of General Synod Services at the Reformed Church in America. Charlie began the career in IT with various roles at the Reformed Church in America, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and technical development. Charlie holds a B.A. in English Literature and Ancient Civilizations from Hope College.
