Chip LaFleur has a diverse work experience in various marketing and real estate roles. In 2003, they started as a Marketing Director at Vision Marketing and held the position until 2005. Chip then transitioned to a Real Estate Advisor role at Rietberg Companies from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Real Estate Advisor at Callander Commercial Real Estate. In 2010, they became the General Manager of Operations at Pear Analytics, a Search Engine Marketing Company, until 2012. In 2012, they joined Cull Group as a Marketing Strategist and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they founded Monster Inbound, a digital marketing agency specializing in lead cultivation and marketing automation. Chip LaFleur founded LaFleur Marketing in 2015, where they are currently serving as the President/CEO. In 2023, they took on the role of CEO - Orchard Insights, the holding company that operates both LaFleur Marketing and Orchard Insights.
Chip LaFleur received their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from Grand Rapids Community College. Chip attended the college from 1996 to 1999.
