Previously, Janine held multiple roles at 11mark from May 2011 to June 2015, providing direction to account teams and executing marketing initiatives for clients. Janine's early career included positions at RVANews and the Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness, where administrative support and event coordination were key responsibilities. Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Rhetoric and Communication Studies and English from the University of Richmond, and has furthered education at Uppsala University.
