Melissa Roth

Melissa Roth has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Melissa began their career at Sisley Cosmetics as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern. Melissa then moved to LaForce, where they worked as an HR Manager and later as a Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they partnered with the president and leadership team to identify talent needs, managed the recruitment process, and provided excellent candidate experiences. Melissa has also stayed up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence.

Melissa Roth attended Iona University from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Arts and Sciences. Their field of study was Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
