Penny Beck

Penny Beck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Trainer at LaForce since November 2012, Penny leads training initiatives for new and existing employees while managing small projects from estimation to completion. Previously, Penny worked as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Bradford Academy, where responsibilities included developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a conducive learning environment. Additional experience includes roles in customer service management and educational instruction at various institutions, as well as internships in advertising and inventory analysis. Penny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching of Elementary Education & Mathematics from Wayne State University.
