Brooke Huddleston

Brooke Huddleston is an experienced educational leader and community advocate with a strong background in governance and alumni relations. Currently serving as the Director for Lafourche Parish Government since April 2021, Brooke has also held significant roles at Nicholls State University, including President and President-Elect of the Alumni Federation since June 2019. Previously, Brooke was the President of the Lafourche Parish School Board while also serving as a board member for District 2 from January 2015 to June 2021. Additionally, Brooke worked as a Compliance Liaison for the St. James Parish Public School System from July 2002 to June 2021. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Administration of Special Education and two Bachelor's degrees in Special Education and General Studies, all obtained from Nicholls State University.
