James Barnes

James Barnes possesses 42 years of experience in asphalt construction, currently serving as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Lafourche Parish Government since May 2013. Previously, James held the position of Field Office Supervisor of Region C from January 2016 to December 2019 and was the Director of Public Works during that period. Prior to joining Lafourche Parish Government, James worked as a Superintendent at F G Sullivan JR Contractor LLC. from June 1992 to December 2012. James is an alumnus of Ethel High School in Ethel, Mississippi, graduating in 1970.
