Carolina Grandoni

Carolina Grandoni has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as Head of DF Marketing & Format at Lagardère Travel Retail since December 2016, previously holding the role of Store Manager for Victoria's Secret & Macron. Carolina's career began in 2009 as a swim instructor and has included various positions in retail sales at Victoria's Secret and Duty Free outlets. Prior to the current role, Carolina worked at LAGARDERE FOOD SERVICES S.R.L. as a shop sale assistant and contributed to legal processes at Studio Legale Grandoni as Responsabile del segretariato. Carolina holds a diploma from Liceo classico Anco Marzio and an additional diploma in interpreting from Centro Europeo Toscolano del Maestro Mogol.
