Peter Thysell

Akers is a global supplier of engineered products and services to the oil & gas, mining & rock excavation and power generation industries. With close to 4 000 employees and annual revenue of about EUR 700 million, Akers is listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

I was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the finance function including financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, accounting, etc.

Peter Thysell is currently the CFO at Lagercrantz Group. Prior to this, they were with RaySearch Laboratories from January 2015 to December 2021 where they served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & IR Director. Before that, they were with Scandic Hotels from May 2014 to December 2015 where they were the IPO Leader and Interim Director Business Control. Peter has also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Akers AB from January 2013 to December 2014.

Peter Thysell has a Master of Science in Finance and Managerial Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as a Master of Science in International Business from Yonsei University - Graduate School of Business.

Their manager is Jörgen Wigh, President & CEO. They work with Andreas Heder - VP, Business Development, Urban Lindskog - VP, Communications, and Daniel Wedberg - Head, Division Control.
