Michael Panter has a diverse work experience. Michael worked as a Welding and Construction Technology Instructor at Lago Vista ISD since 2016, where they also served as the CTE Department Head. Prior to that, they were the owner of mcgyver solutions since 2012. Michael also owned MPR- Vehicle Detailing Specialist since 2000, where they specialized in vehicle detailing and gained expertise in maintaining, restoring, and repairing vehicles.

Michael Panter attended the College of Southern Nevada from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science/Math/General Studies. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Math and General Science. In September 2022, Michael obtained the ASNT Central Certification Program Level II - Visual Testing (ACCP-VT) from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing). Michael also received the Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from the American Welding Society in July 2022. Additionally, in January 2022, Michael completed the OSHA 29 CFR 1926 510 Construction Industry Regulations and Standards course at Texas A&M University College of Engineering.
