Terris Cliff Bailey

Terris Cliff Bailey is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in water management and transfer for drilling and fracking operations. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at Lagoon Water Midstream since October 2021, Terris has previously held positions including Operations Manager at Double Drop Resources, LLC, and Manager of Special Projects. Throughout the career, notable experiences also include roles as Field Specialist at XRI Blue, Crew Leader at Southwest Erosion Control, and Project Manager at Homestar Field Services, among others. Terris began the professional journey with military service in the United States Marine Corps as a Scout Sniper and has a foundational education from Lon Morris College and Robert E. Lee High School.
