Adetunji Oyebanji is an accomplished leader in the oil and gas sector with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of 11plc, Adetunji has held various significant positions including Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Retail at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc. Adetunji also fulfills the role of First Vice President at the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, and was the Immediate Past Chairman of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prior to joining 11plc, Adetunji held various roles with ExxonMobil and served as Chairman of the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria. Adetunji's educational background includes an MBA from Bayes Business School, a Senior Management Program from Lagos Business School, and qualifications in marketing from CIM.

Founded in 1888, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the Premier Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria. It was incorporated in 1950 as a non-profit making organization, Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act of 1948. It is the foremost private sector group in Nigeria with over 2, 000 corporate members. It also accounts for an estimated 60% of industrial output, 65% of general commerce and 75% financial services in the country. The primary objective of the Chamber is to promote, support or oppose legislative or other measures affecting trade, industry, commerce and agriculture. The Chamber represents the opinion of the business community on the above matters in particular and economy as a whole.
