Ismael Hishon-Rezaizadeh

Ismael Hishon-Rezaizadeh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ismael is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Lagrange Labs, a role they assumed in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Data at Renegade Partners from January 2021 to April 2022.

Ismael also has experience in the field of crypto engineering, having worked as the Crypto Engineering Lead at John Hancock from June 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, they founded Quantitative Ventures in April 2019, where they developed data mining techniques and deep learning models for early-stage venture capital firms.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Ismael worked as part of the Immunology Department at McGill University as a Data Analytics specialist. During their time there from October 2015 to November 2016, they analyzed large datasets of protein expression in laboratory mice.
