Octavis Smiley

Octavis Smiley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both public service and military operations. Currently serving as a Lead Operator and previously as an Operator at the City of LaGrange since May 2015, Octavis holds a Water Plant Operator Class II certification. Prior to this role, Octavis dedicated over two decades to the US Army, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant and managing projects for the Expert Infantry program. Complementing this extensive experience, Octavis pursued education in Business Management with a focus on Project Management at West Georgia Technical College from 2013 to 2014.
