The Fitness and Training team at Lagree Fitness is responsible for designing and delivering high-intensity, low-impact workout sessions that integrate strength training, cardio, endurance, balance, core, and flexibility into every move. This team ensures that workouts maximize muscular effort while minimizing stress on the joints, connective tissues, and spine. They also oversee the certification and training of new instructors, maintain high standards in fitness sessions, and contribute to the continuous development of the Lagree Fitness method.
