Tom Rosiewich

Tom Rosiewich is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in airport construction and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Airside/Landside Construction at LaGuardia Gateway Partners since January 2019, Rosiewich oversees the review of civil and structural systems for the LaGuardia Central Terminal Redevelopment Project and collaborates on maintenance programs for utilities and pavements. Prior roles include Resident Engineer at WSP | MMM Group, managing runway and terminal construction for the Government of Guyana, and Project Manager at Vantage Airport Group, where responsibilities included overseeing civil works for the Lynden Pindling International Airport upgrade. With a foundational role as Senior Airport Engineer at Beca and Project Engineer/Manager at AMEC Infrastructure Limited, Rosiewich brings a wealth of expertise in project management, contract administration, and infrastructure development across various aviation projects.
