Ellen Meese

Ellen Meese has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Ellen started their career as a Maritime Program Coordinator and Instructor at Ocean Institute from August 1999 to May 2001. Following that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at the same company from May 2001 to June 2003. Ellen then joined March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, where they served as a Director of Community Events and Development from September 2003 to June 2006. During this time, they achieved significant growth in fundraising dollars and secured multiple corporate sponsorships. After that, Ellen became the Director of Special Events and Development at Ocean Institute from August 2006 to April 2010, successfully managing major annual development events and improving revenue and expenses. Ellen then joined Montage International as a Sr Conference Services Manager from April 2010 to June 2022, taking on responsibilities such as maintaining client relations, managing room blocks, and forecasting revenues. Currently, Ellen is the Director of Events at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since August 2022.

Ellen Meese completed their education from 1993 to 1998 at the University of Colorado Boulder. During this time, they pursued a degree in EPOBiology with a specialization in Biology.
