Kristin Gleason

Kristin Gleason is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Lost Pier Food & Beverage Manager at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since November 2020, where previous roles included Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, where Kristin supervised multiple food and beverage outlets and assisted with operational logistics. Kristin also held supervisory roles at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and worked across various departments during a winter season at Vail Resorts. Early career experiences include banquet serving, wedding planning assistance, and front desk responsibilities, all supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico.
